Title:
Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9513 (1995)
Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system, Varian Inc. V75 Magnetometer, and BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9513 conducted in 1995 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Steve Cande). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Gravity Field, Magnetic Field, and Singlebeam Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Early Tertiary Tectonic Evolution of the Pacific-Australia-Antarctic Plate Circuit, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE94-16779 and OCE94-16989.
