Title:
Underway Hydrographic, Weather and Ship-state Data (JGOFS) from Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1101 (2011)
Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Fluorometer, Meteorological Sensor, Thermosalinograph, Echosounder Sonar, and Navigation system during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1101 conducted in 2011 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Josh Kohut). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Navigation, Conductivity, Fluorescence, Temperature, Infrared Radiation, Visible Radiation, Meteorological, Bathymetry, and Salinity data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Ross Sea Expedition, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT08-39039.
